Q. How do I make a return?
A. We think you'll LOVE your purchase, but in the event that you don't, email us at support@halfpastthreeclothing.com to get the return started.
Q. When will I know my order shipped?
A. You'll get an email confirming your order and another email when your order has shipped. What did people do before email?!
Q. When does a product ship out after an order is placed?
A. Usually within 1-2 business days! If an order is placed on the weekend, it will ship out on Monday. If an order is placed on a national holiday (we do think National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day should be taken more seriously), it will ship out the next business day. If there is ever a delay in shipping, we'll email you directly.
Q. Will out of stock garments be restocked?
A. Depends! Although it does help to say pretty please. Restocking is very specific to each individual garment. Email us at support@halfpastthreeclothing.com to inquire about a specific piece or slide into our DMs on Instagram @halfpastthreeclothing
